Florencia Masri is the Chairman of the Board.

Born in Buenos Aires and a resident of Manhattan since she was 15 years old, Ms. Masri has studied at NYU and Columbia University, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Science.

Before joining Falcon Properties in 1996, Mr. Masri worked in the financial, legal and auction industries in enterprises, including Alex Brown Investment Management, The Argentine American Chamber of Commerce, and Sotheby’s.

At Falcon Properties, she began by managing day-to-day operations and gradually assumed more responsibilities. Today, she is the Chairman of the Board.

Ms. Masri is married and the mother of four children, ranging in age from 1 to 16, born in New York City. Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, she is both trilingual and wholly bicultural. With a global vision, she follows a management style that is based in a comprehensive understanding of global cultures.

“My goal is to continue my father’s successful and creative vision in real estate, in addition to the use of new, current technologies,” she comments. “Our Latin Culture, with its solid family values, allows us to understand the importance of treating our clients in a warm and friendly manner. We are, in this sense, a client-based company”.

In a traditionally male-dominated business, Falcon Properties’ Chairman of the Board has successfully carved out a space for herself in the world of commercial real estate.

Ms. Masri is also involved in various charities and philanthropic activities in New York.
