Mr. Masri began his real estate career in the 1950′s by investing in the acquisition and refurbishment of commercial and residential buildings in Argentina. In 1988, he would found Falcon Properties, Inc.—a real-estate management corporation that would come to manage 500,000 square feet of retail and office space in the New York City area.

Born in Buenos Aires and a resident of Manhattan since she was 15 years old, Ms. Masri has studied at NYU and Columbia University, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Science.
Before joining Falcon Properties in 1996, Mr. Masri worked in the financial, legal and auction industries in enterprises, including Alex Brown Investment Management, The Argentine American Chamber of Commerce, and Sotheby’s.
Carlos A. Silberman
President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer
Before opening his first business in the United States in 1978, Mr. Silberman would launch companies in his home country of Argentina in the areas of construction and consultancy, focused on auditing, tax services and the incorporation of companies. His first American company, headquartered in New York’s SoHo, would import fabrics and manufacture clothing for women. “I realized that in this city, you need to innovate and launch your own product to be successful,” he has said.

Responsible for the administration and management of the buildings in the portfolio, Mr. Zaga markets and administers the purchase and sale of new assets, conducts market evaluations, and handles site selection, due diligence, and financial analysis.
Mr. Zaga has both a B.S. in Management of Real Estate as well as an M.S. in Real Estate from NYU SCPS backing 25 years of experience in managing staff and business operations.
